When you get inside download everything there.
After downloading you wtf dont know what to do?
There is one folder called MikuMikuDance (DirectX9 Ver.) Open that and extract them out

After that, you can animate what ever you one but, you dont have the scale tool to grow or strink it.

Find The Scale Video and click on link.

After that everything is done. Have fun using it!
